How It All Started

Charles R. founded Arrowhead Renovations, LLC with a vision of being able to provide exceptional first-class service at a very affordable price. Originally founded as a lawn care and handyman company called Ground Control Seasonal Care, in Grand Rapids, Michigan after nearly 6 years of success, he decided to relocate operations to Tennessee in 2021 after moving here to be closer to family.

Unfortunately, due to his severe allergy to poisonous plants such as oak, ivy, and sumac, he had to seize the landscaping aspect of his company and provide strictly home remodeling services which is why he rebranded GCSC into Arrowhead Renovations, LLC. Arrowhead is dedicated to still upholding the values, ethic, and morals in which were provided through GCSC. We are still the same company, just a different name and brand with one main goal: to build the future and restore the past, together.
