Charles saw my post on Facebook and offered to put it back up for a reasonable price without seeing the damage the cement guy did to the chainlink. Well, with some elbo grease and a little help he did a great job given what he had to work with. he was kind and professional. we are not disappointed. thank you Charles for helping us out. we know it isn't perfect (not your fault) when we are seriously ready to redu the dog run fencing we will be in touch. thank you again for your kindness!

"I hired a contractor to build my covered pergola and 6 months later, he never came back to stain it like he was supposed to do. I ended up hiring PHI to come stain it and they informed me that the original contractor built it incorrectly so there was no way my clear roof can go on and water drain away from the house. In less than a week, Charles completely reconstructed my pergola correctly, stained all the wood, and put the clear roof on. Now, I can enjoy my morning coffee on dry cushions thanks to Charles and his amazing work. Will most definitely use him again and I recommend you do too!"

I met him at lowes when looking for flooring and he recommended to me something different. i informed him about my budget and that i was just going to do something cheap to update my flooring for my newborn grandson as his mom has cancer. Well, Charles was touched by my circumstance and gave to me for free almost $1,000 worth of brand new laminate flooring that he had from a previous job and he installed it for me for only $200. i got my entire kitchen, hallway, and bathroom done and i couldnt be more grateful. thanks again Charles for you generosity and kind heart.

Some things he did for free and others he charged a very affordable amount. Like $250 to redo the flooring in my entire bedroom.
